Insight reports
The strongest conversations become practical reports. Each one follows the same structure, so you can see what a leader faced, what they decided, what the evidence shows and where the lesson may or may not apply to you.
Published reports
The first reports are in preparation
Reports are written only when a conversation contains enough substance to be useful. In the meantime, every conversation is in the archive.

How every report is built
Useful, specific and honest rather than promotional. One leader’s experience is not a universal rule, so each report says what is known, what is not, and what would need to be true for the lesson to travel.
- The business challenge
- What the leader experienced
- What the organisation tried
- The decision or intervention
- The evidence and results
- What failed or remains uncertain
- Transferable lessons
- Conditions required for application
- Practical questions
- Sources and editorial notes
Four kinds of statement, always labelled
- Guest’s account
- What the leader described, in their words or closely paraphrased and checked with them.
- Verified evidence
- Facts or figures we checked against a cited, independent source.
- Editorial interpretation
- Our reading of what the experience means. It may be wrong; it is labelled so you can judge it.
- Our recommendation
- A suggestion from HighProfileInsights, not the guest, for leaders considering a similar approach.
